Users may be required to provide their name, address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, government-issued ID number, social insurance number, the name of their payroll service provider, their occupation, information related to their employer including the date of hire, as well as contact information for individuals we may contact for reference, or any other organization, and their bank details and other account information.

By applying for a credit facility, you agree that we may verify your name, your address, phone number, and other account-related data by comparing this information to information held by third parties or publicly available sources (such as identity verification companies, fraud prevention services, government registries or your mobile service provider) to confirm your identity and reduce the risk of fraud, including the possibility that someone other than you may attempt to use your account or make a transaction without your permission, and you consent to the disclosure of that information by those third parties or to the comparison of your information for that purpose. Information Collected Automatically through our Site

The person carrying on such a business must communicate to the natural person who requests it the contents of any credit report or recommendation of which he has become aware in order to take a decision concerning him.

Please note that your right to withdraw your consent is subject to certain contractual and legal restrictions as well as sufficient notice.
